To facilitate the recommencement of classes at Rabia Institute, and in complying with our risk assessments, the following guidelines must be adhered to by all students.
- If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, do not attend the Institute but inform the admin team via email.
- If you test positive for COVID-19 or have been told to self-isolate, alert the Institute admin team immediately.
- Classrooms will not be used by more than six students at a time for any given lesson.
- You must make ablution at home before attending the Institute.
- Face coverings must be worn when not seated at your desk. This includes when entering and exiting the premises. These will be available (free of charge) to anyone who requires one.
- Desks will be spaced out with a distance of 1m+, and these must not be moved any closer at any point.
- You must always sit at the same desk, in accordance with the seating plan.
- You must not leave any books, stationery or other material at the Institute. Stationery is not to be shared amongst students.
- No congregating or socialising will be permitted within the Institute or outside the Institute.
- Hand santiser will be available for use.
- You may be required to wipe down your own desk with disinfectant wipes at the end of each day.
- Maintain a safe distance from all other staff and students at all times.
